Returns & Refunds: Our Promise to You

Thanks for shopping at Thurstee—we’re so happy to have you as a customer! We're all about making your shopping experience as delightful as possible. That’s why we carefully check and package every order before it heads your way. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to make it right!

Returns

You’ve got 14 days (from the date you receive your order) to return any item you’re not happy with. If it’s not love at first sight, we’ve got your back.

To make sure your return is smooth sailing, please note that:

  • The item should be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item needs to be in its original packaging.
  • We’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Refunds

Once we get your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know we’ve received it. From there, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If all is good, we’ll process your refund to your original method of payment.

Please note

  • The refund will show up on your statement in a few days—depending on your card issuer.

Shipping Costs

You’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, but don’t worry, we’ll make it right if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Here’s how it works: 

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll refund the cost of return shipping, up to the original delivery charge.
  • If you’re returning an item for other reasons, like a change of mind, we can’t refund your return shipping costs.

A little heads-up: We’re not responsible for items until we’ve actually received them. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for shipping service so you can keep an eye on your return. And definitely hold onto your receipt as proof of postage—we don’t want any returns going missing in transit!
